RULES OF USE – QUICK OVERVIEW ENTERTAINER Offers: • Can be used seven days a week – minimal exclusion days apply. • Can be redeemed by a minimum of two people (excluding some Beauty & Fitness Offers). • Up to 4 Offers can be redeemed at one time for a group of 8 people or more. • Should be presented prior to payment or requesting the bill. • Are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special menu items or loyalty/rewards programs. RULES OF USE – IN FULL The use of all ENTERTAINER Offers (“Offers") is subject to these Rules of Use ("Rules") and any terms of use included on the Offers. Customers should read these Rules carefully prior to using any Offer. 1. Offer Validity • Offers are valid from 2nd January through to 30th December of the year indicated on the Offer, unless otherwise specified. • Offers are only redeemable with the issuing merchant and/or venue. • Offers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified on the Offer. • Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special offers or dining/loyalty/employee/rewards programs. • Offers do not apply to any additional service charges or taxes. • Offers are valid seven days a week, unless specified on the Offer and minimal exclusion days apply. • If a merchant or venue refuses to honor any Offer please contact Customer Service. • Offers are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. • Unauthorised reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Offers are void if resold or bartered. 2. Redeeming Your Offers • Redeeming Offers on your App is very simple: 1. Select your chosen Offer for use on the App. 2. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented. 3. You will be prompted to enter your four digit PIN number. 4. Once your PIN is entered, the merchant is prompted to enter their PIN. 5. Relevant parties will be contacted for resolution. 3. Food & Drink Offers • One Offer can be used by two people, up to a maximum of 4 Offers per table, for a group of 8 people or more (see Table 1). This Rule applies regardless of the product the Offer is from. E.g. a group of 4 people can redeem 2 main course Offers at a restaurant, alternatively they can redeem 1 Cheers Offer and 1 main course Offer - redeeming a maximum 2 Offers in total. • The least expensive item (as listed on the Offer) will be deducted. The two items must be from the same category as marked on the Offer e.g. buy one “main course” and get one “main course” free; or buy one “sushi set lunch” and get one “sushi set lunch” free; or buy one “house beverage” and get one “house beverage” free. • Only one bill will be presented per table. No splitting of bills will be allowed. • Offers are valid solely for the item listed and are not valid for special events (e.g. Iftar, Suhoor, buffets, brunches, theme nights, special menus or in conjunction with B.Y.O) – unless otherwise indicated on the Offer. • Offers are not redeemable for breakfast, starters, side dishes, desserts or shared platters – unless otherwise indicated on the Offer. • Offers are not valid for delivery or takeaway - unless otherwise indicated on the Offer. • Discounts do not apply to service charges. • A Main Course/Main Menu Item is defined as the main element of a customer’s lunch or dinner – i.e. not a starter or a dessert. The ENTERTAINER does not legislate for the specific layout/design of a merchant’s menu. If in doubt, clarify with the server before ordering. 3.1. Cheers Offers • Cheers Offers contain reference to alcohol and are intended for the use of persons of legal age to purchase alcohol in their country of residence and in the country from which they are using the Cheers Offers and in certain countries, in addition to age requirements, that such persons are also non-Muslim. • Cheers Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or special menu items, including happy hours and ladies’ nights offered by the merchant. • A maximum of 4 Offers can be redeemed per booking/table/group (as outlined in Table 1). This Rule applies regardless of the product the Offer is from. For example, a group of 4 people can redeem 2 Cheers Offers, alternatively they can redeem 1 Cheers Offer and 1 main course Offer - redeeming a maximum of 2 Offers in total. 4. Attractions & Leisure Offers • A minimum of 2 people must be present to redeem an Offer – unless otherwise specified. A maximum of 4 Offers can be redeemed per booking/visit for a group of 8 people or more (see Table 1). • Terms & Conditions may vary with a number of activities so please refer to the individual merchant/outlet for confirmation of minimum/maximum number of people, age restrictions, safety guidelines and other conditions. • Prior booking may be required for certain offers and/or activities. 5. Beauty & Fitness Offers • Beauty & Fitness Offers can be redeemed in two ways: 1. One Offer can be used by two people within the same visit,with the second treatment or service being complimentary. 2. One Offer can be used by an individual, whereby you must pay full price for the first treatment/service and your second treatment/service will be complimentary on your next visit. The complimentary treatment/service must be redeemed within the Offer validity period. Please note: gift vouchers cannot be issued for your complimentary treatment/service. The complimentary treatment/service is non-transferable. • Please present the Offer at the completion of the treatment/service, prior to requesting the bill. If the Offer is in the Health & Fitness section, please present it prior to the commencement of any class or activity. 6. Retail & Services Offers • Certain Offers in the Retail & Services category that begin ‘Invites you …’ (rather than ‘You and a guest are invited…’) may be used by an individual. • When redeeming a Retail & Services Offer individually, you will pay full price for the first service and your second service will be complimentary. Please remember you will need to redeem the complimentary service within the Offer validity period. 7. Hotels Worldwide Offers • A Hotels Worldwide Offer provides you with ‘Book One Night Get One Free’ at leading hotels and resorts throughout the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia. These Offers appear in the Hotels Worldwide category on the App. • Hotels Worldwide Offers are subject to their own HOTELS WORLDWIDE – RULES OF USE - please refer to these Rules for more information prior to making a hotel booking. • Hotels Worldwide Offers cannot be pinged to other users. • There are some Bed and Breakfast outlets featured in the “Attractions & Leisure” category in South Africa, these Offers are subject to the following conditions: o Offers are valid on the outlet’s Best Available Rate. o Offers can only be redeemed on consecutive night stay. o Offers are valid for the outlet’s Bed & Breakfast rate. o Taxes, charges and any tourism or other government fees are excluded. o Only 1 Offer may be used per room per stay/booking. 8. Monthly Offers • Monthly Offers are available to ENTERTAINER Members who have purchased a digital product – the Monthly Offers available are linked to the digital product you have purchased. • Monthly Offers change on a monthly basis and are often for items and services different to the main offers. The validity is marked on the Offer, but we reserve the right to remove Monthly Offers at any time and cannot be held responsible if a Monthly Offer is discontinued prior to the end of the validity period. • Monthly Offers do not deplete after use and can be used multiple times during the validity period, however use is restricted to 4 times per account, per merchant, per day. • Monthly Offers cannot be pinged to other users. • Monthly Offers are subject to the usual Rules of Use. 9. Smiles • Smiles is virtual currency that works like a loyalty program. You earn Smiles by completing different actions on the App and can spend Smiles on different items via the App. • Smiles are valid up to December 31st of every year. However, if you purchase an App product and renew your membership before this date, they will be valid for 13 months from the date they were earned. Check your Profile to see your Smiles balance. • Smiles can be used to buy back a maximum of 1 Offer per merchant, per calendar year. • Smiles can be earned and used only by Members who own a full ENTERTAINER product. 10. Exclusion Days Offers can be used 7 days a week, excluding the following days in the following markets and any other public holidays as announced by the applicable government (subject to merchant discretion): UAE • Christmas Eve • Christmas Day • New Year's Eve • New Year's Day • Eid Al Fitr • Eid Al Adha • Valentine's Day • National Day • Please note, a limited number of outlets may be closed over summer, Ramadan and other selected religious holidays. We cannot be held responsible if an outlet is temporarily or permanently closed during the Offer validity period 11. General The barter, trade, sale, purchase or transfer for compensation of any ENTERTAINER product or any of its Offers or contents by any person or entity, including but not limited to travel services, travel providers, and distributors of the product or any of its Offers, is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorised by The Entertainer FZ LLC. The product and its Offers and other content are intended for the non- profit use of the individual purchaser of the Offers. Additionally, the use of the product or any of its Offers for advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any use of the Offers in violation of these Rules will render the Offers void, and The Entertainer FZ LLC will avail itself of any and all legal remedies available to it. Offers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Entertainer FZ LLC will not be responsible if any merchant or venue permanently closes or refuses to accept any Offer; however, we will use reasonable efforts to rectify the situation, to the extent possible. Jumeirah Sirius Terms & Conditions The following Terms and Conditions apply to all members of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme. It is the responsibility of all Members to read and understand these terms and conditions in full. These terms and conditions were last updated on April 2015. Jumeirah Sirius Programme Rules To read about further terms and conditions relating to collection and exchange of Points, collection of Tier Points, Tier upgrades, renewals, downgrades and Privileges ("Programme Rules"), please click here. Jumeirah Sirius Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions set out below, along with the Programme Rules are referred to as the "Terms and Conditions". The terms and conditions relating to collection and exchange of Points, collection of Tier Points, Tier upgrades, renewals, downgrades and Tier Privileges (the "Programme Rules") are available on www.jumeirahsirius.com. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Members of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme. It is the responsibility of all Members to read and understand these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms and Conditions were last updated in April 2015 and supersede and override any previous terms and conditions. General 1.1. The following definitions shall apply: • “Active” refers to Members who have had actively used their Membership by collecting or exchanging Jumeirah Sirius Points in the previous two (2) years; • "E-certificates" are the vouchers that enable Members to convert Sirius Points for specified goods or services, provided by Jumeirah Sirius Programme or a Partner and are issued by Jumeirah Sirius service advisors or by individuals employed at the respective participating hotels or by the member logging on to the www.jumeirahsirius.com website; • “Jumeirah" means Jumeirah International L.L.C., the entity with ultimate responsibility for Jumeirah Sirius, or any other company within the same group of companies; • "Jumeirah Sirius", "Jumeirah Sirius Programme" or "Programme" means Jumeirah's reward programme; • "Jumeirah Sirius Card" means either the e-card issued to Members or the physical Membership card issued by Jumeirah Sirius to Silver and Gold Tier Members; • "Jumeirah Sirius Points" or "Points" are the reward currency earned by using the Jumeirah Sirius Card; • "Jumeirah Sirius Bonus Points" or “Bonus Points" are the Points a Silver or Gold Tier Member earns from an eligible spend and any other promotional offers relating to selected Members; • "Member" is a person who is a member of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme and "Membership" shall be construed accordingly; • "Privileges" are the exclusive amenities and services provided to a Member depending on the Tier Points that Member has earned; • "Partner" or "Jumeirah Sirius Partner" is a company or organisation which: (a) accepts E-certificates and Rewards from a Member in exchange for goods or services; and/or (b) allows a Member to earn Jumeirah Sirius Points when they purchase its goods or services; • "Rewards" means specified goods or services to be provided by Jumeirah Sirius or a Partner to a member in exchange for Sirius Points ; • "Sirius App" means the downloadable application operated by or on behalf of Jumeirah in connection with the Jumeirah Sirius Programme including, but not limited to, the iPhone and Android versions thereof; • "Tier" means the Membership level of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme; • "Tier Points" are the Membership level points earned by using the Jumeirah Sirius Card and shall determine the level of status attained by a Member; and • "Website" refers to www.jumeirahsirius.com, a website operated by or on behalf of Jumeirah, where a Member can access details of the Programme and manage their Membership. 1.2. The Jumeirah Sirius Card is issued by, and remains the sole property of, Jumeirah. 1.3. Membership, Points, Tiers, Rewards, E-certificates and Privileges are offered at the sole discretion of Jumeirah. Jumeirah reserves the right to decline to issue or to withdraw the Jumeirah Sirius Card from a Member at any time. Jumeirah further reserves the right to terminate the validity of the Jumeirah Sirius Card, together with the Privileges or other benefits attached thereto, at any time and for any reason (including but not limited to use of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme which Jumeirah, in its sole discretion, deems excessive or unreasonable). The Jumeirah Sirius Card must be returned without delay to Jumeirah when requested. The withholding or termination of Membership may result in the loss of all Points accumulated at the time of such withdrawal or termination. 1.4. Jumeirah Sirius has no predetermined termination date and shall continue until such time as Jumeirah decides to terminate the Programme with or without notice. Members shall have three (3) months from the date on which the Programme termination is announced to continue accumulating Jumeirah Sirius Points (the "Notice Period"). Starting on the date of expiry of the Notice Period, the Member shall have a further six (6) months within which they must convert all Jumeirah Sirius Points they have accumulated into Rewards or E-certificate Nine (9) months from the date on which the Programme termination is announced, any unredeemed Jumeirah Sirius Points will be cancelled automatically. 1.5. Jumeirah reserves the right to amend, update, change or delete any aspect of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme at any time, including the Terms and Conditions and Programme Rules, Points, Tiers, Tier eligibility, Privileges, Rewards, E-certificates and promotional offers, even if such changes may affect the value of the Points, Rewards or benefits already collected by the Member. It is the responsibility of each Member to remain aware of any such amendments, updates or changes. Jumeirah will publish the latest Terms and Conditions on its website www.jumeirahsirius.com. If you require clarification on these Terms and Conditions, you may contact a Jumeirah Sirius service advisor on +971 (0) 4 364 7500. 1.6. Jumeirah accepts no responsibility or liability for the withdrawal of any hotels from the Jumeirah portfolio and any Partners from the Programme, even though such withdrawal may affect the collection of Points, Tiers and Rewards available to Members. 1.7. Jumeirah will endeavor to advise Members of matters of interest, including notifying them of changes to the Programme, promotions and other offers. However, Jumeirah accepts no liability for requests or correspondence lost or delayed in the postal system or via electronic mail. Without prejudice to clause 1.5 above, Jumeirah is not liable for and reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing, typing or description relating to any aspect of Jumeirah Sirius. 1.8. When a Member telephones a Jumeirah Sirius service advisor, for security reasons the Jumeirah Sirius service advisor will request personal information in order to verify the Member’s identity. 1.9. The Jumeirah Sirius call centre will only deal with the person authorised to operate the Member's account. To authorise someone other than a Member to operate an account, a request must be made either: (i) in writing to the Jumeirah Sirius Centre, PO Box 214159, Dubai, UAE; (ii) by email to sirius@jumeirahsirius.com or (iii) by telephoning a Jumeirah Sirius service advisor on +971 (0) 4 364 7500. 1.10. The sale, transfer or barter of any Jumeirah Sirius Points, Rewards, E-certificates, Privileges, Tier Points or other Jumeirah Sirius benefits is prohibited. 1.11. In the event of a Jumeirah Sirius Card being disposed of, lost, stolen or damaged, or when there is a change of a Member’s address, the Member must notify Jumeirah Sirius of such an occurrence immediately. 1.12. Any correspondence sent to a Member, whether by post or electronic mail, is based on the information given to Jumeirah Sirius or Jumeirah. All Members are responsible for notifying Jumeirah Sirius either: (i) in writing to the Jumeirah Sirius Centre, PO Box 214159, Dubai, UAE; (ii) by email to sirius@jumeirahsirius.com ; or (iii) by telephoning a Jumeirah Sirius Service Advisor on +971 (0) 4 364 7500 of any change to their contact details. Any failure to notify Jumeirah Sirius of such change may result in a deduction of such number of Points as Jumeirah Sirius, in its sole discretion, deems reasonable to cover any duplication of postage costs (including courier charges) incurred by Jumeirah Sirius or Jumeirah as a result of incorrect contact details. Members can also update their profile details online via the Website. Jumeirah must be notified in writing (to the address set out in paragraph 1.9) of any change to Member’s name and all such legal or other documentation as Jumeirah shall from time to time request to evidence that change should be provided to Jumeirah by the Member. 1.13. The only valid interpretation of the Terms and Conditions shall be that of Jumeirah Sirius or Jumeirah. 1.14. The use of and participation in the Jumeirah Sirius Programme, including, but not limited to, the collection of Jumeirah Sirius Points, E-certificates, Rewards, Privileges, Tier Points or other Jumeirah Sirius benefits may be subject to fees and taxes in the relevant jurisdiction. As a result, Members will be required to pay such fees and taxes as applicable and in accordance with the existing legislation or any similar legislation that may be introduced in the future. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of any of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme is the Member’s responsibility. 1.15. All Room Reservations including Jumeirah Sirius Room Redemptions, Jumeirah Sirius Privileges and Jumeirah Sirius offers are subject to AED 20 Tourism Dirham Fee per bedroom per night at all Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts and Jumeirah Residence located in Dubai as of 31 March 2014. Please note that a three bedroom hotel apartment is charged as three bedrooms (i.e. AED 60 per night), a two bedroom hotel suits is charged as two bedrooms (AED 40 per night) and a junior suite with one bedroom and a living room is charged as one bedroom (AED 20 per night). 1.16. A Member who is travelling on business should comply with their employer's travel policy concerning loyalty schemes. Information about a Member’s accrued Jumeirah Sirius Points may be disclosed by Jumeirah to a Member’s employer. 1.17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. In the event of any dispute, Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai. 1.18. The Jumeirah Sirius Programme, (including Tier Points, E-certificates, Rewards, Privileges and any other goods and services given to Members) is provided to the extent permissible by any applicable law without any warranties or guarantees, including implied warranties of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permissible by any applicable law, Jumeirah excludes all liability and responsibility for itself and its affiliates, Partners and agents for loss or damage (including but not limited to cancellation or delay or loss or misuse of a Member's Jumeirah Sirius Card) of whatever nature (including but not limited to loss of profits or anticipated savings, wasted expenditure or attorney's fees) arising from or in connection with a Member's participation in the Programme, regardless of whether such loss or damage would arise in the ordinary course of events or otherwise, is reasonably foreseeable or otherwise, or is caused by any error or omission of Jumeirah, its affiliates, Partners or agents (whether negligent or not), except that nothing affects the liability of Jumeirah, its affiliates, Partners or agents for death or personal injury caused by their negligence or any other liability which may not be excluded or limited by law. 1.19. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions. 1.20. Jumeirah's failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of the Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions. 1.21. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall create a contractual relationship with, or cause of action in favour of, any third party. Any rights of any third party to enforce these Terms and Conditions under any applicable legal principle, statute or otherwise are excluded. 1.22. General words shall not be given a restrictive interpretation by reason of their being preceded or followed by words indicating a particular class of assets, matters or things. 1.23. The language of the Terms and Conditions shall be English and any and all communications relating thereto (including but not limited to any complaints or disputes), shall be conducted in the English language. 1.24. These Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference the Programme Rules and any other terms and conditions appearing on the Website from time to time and represent the entire agreement between Jumeirah and Members in relation to the Jumeirah Sirius Programme and supersede any previous agreement between them. Each Member acknowledges that it is not relying on any representation, warranty or other statement relating to the Programme which is not set out in these Terms and Conditions. Members shall not be entitled to any remedies in respect of any representation, warranty or other statement (other than those set out in these Terms and Conditions) being false, inaccurate or incomplete unless it was made fraudulently. Application for Membership 2.1 To apply for the Jumeirah Sirius membership, the Jumeirah Sirius application form must be completed in full and either handed to a Jumeirah employee at a Jumeirah hotel, submitted on the Website or sent via post to the Jumeirah Sirius Centre, PO Box 214159, Dubai, UAE . 2.2 All information required for Membership applications must be supplied accurately and in full. Jumeirah may reject any application if the required information is not supplied accurately and in full. 2.3 After the Member is successfully enrolled into the Jumeirah Sirius Programme, an email will be sent to the Member confirming the same. The Member will be given a Jumeirah Sirius membership number and a link to the Website to activate their online account. The Member can then print their Jumeirah Sirius Card from the website or download their e-card via the Sirius App or other similar third party application. 2.4 Physical membership cards will not be issued to Blue Tier Members. Physical membership cards will only be issued to Active Silver and Gold Tier Members. 2.5 When a Silver and Gold Tier Member requests a replacement card, their previous Jumeirah Sirius Membership number will change and a new Membership number will be given to the Member, all Points collected under the old Membership number will be transferred to the new Membership number. The old Membership number will automatically be deactivated and the Member will not be able to use the old Membership number for any further transactions relating to collection of Points, Tiers, Rewards, use of Privileges and E-certificates or to gain access to the Website. It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that they use their correct and valid Membership number for all Jumeirah Sirius activity. 2.6 Silver and Gold Tier Members may only request a replacement Jumeirah Sirius Card once per calender year. If a Silver and Gold Tier Member makes more than one request for a replacement Jumeirah Sirius Card during that year, that Member will be charged in accordance with the Jumeirah Sirius Programme. 2.7 The Jumeirah Sirius Card is non-transferable and may only be used by the Member whose signature is on it. The Jumeirah Sirius Card can only be used by the Member and, without limitation, not by the Member’s relatives or friends. Members may be required to provide proof of identification at participating hotels (upon request by any Jumeirah employee) when collecting or exchanging Points and using any Privileges relating to the Jumeirah Sirius Programme, in order for the Member’s identity to be established. If a Member fails to provide sufficient proof of their identity upon request, Jumeirah reserves the right to refuse to provide any Programme related services relating to that Member. 2.8 It is the sole responsibility of the Member to ensure that no person obtains unauthorised access to the Member’s Jumeirah Sirius Card, Membership number or password. The Member shall be solely responsible for any activity linked to their Membership. Each issued Jumeirah Sirius Card has an exclusive Membership number assigned to it. 2.9 Jumeirah Sirius Membership is available only to individuals and not to companies, partnerships, associations, groups or other entities. 2.10 Jumeirah may refuse Membership without being required to give a reason for doing so. 2.11 Members must be eighteen (18) years of age or over. 2.12 A Member of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme can only be issued with one Jumeirah Sirius Card at any given time. Members shall not have multiple Memberships in the Jumeirah Sirius Programme. Any multiple Memberships held by a Member will be cancelled automatically by Jumeirah without notice to the Member. 2.13 The Jumeirah Sirius Card will not be issued to a person who is an employee of Jumeirah. Relatives of any such employees may not present a Jumeirah Sirius Card when making use of any Jumeirah employee discount. 2.14 Membership and any application for Membership is void if prohibited by the applicable laws of the Member’s or applicant’s country of residence. 2.15 Any Member may terminate their Membership by submitting a written termination notice to the postal address shown in paragraph 1.9, signed by the Member, to Jumeirah. Membership will be terminated immediately upon receipt of such notice by Jumeirah. 2.16 Membership shall automatically terminate upon the death or bankruptcy of a Member. Jumeirah Sirius Points accumulated prior to these circumstances will be immediately cancelled. Jumeirah may, acting in its sole discretion, re-instate all or a portion of any accumulated Jumeirah Sirius Points in favour of the heirs of a deceased Member upon the application of his/her personal representative, provided that the deceased Member’s account holds a minimum balance of 15,000 Jumeirah Sirius Points at the time of the Member’s death. 2.17 Jumeirah reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Membership of any Member, if that Member appears (in the sole discretion of Jumeirah) to be using the Programme in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or intent of the Programme or any portion of the Programme, including, but not limited to, improper collection of Points or Tier Points or improper use of Privileges, Rewards or E-certificates. Jumeirah also reserves the right to terminate the Membership of any Member if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting (in the sole discretion of Jumeirah) that the Member has: • acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable local or federal laws or regulations; • breached or violated any of these Terms and Conditions; • engaged in any fraudulent or dishonest behavior, theft, misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Programme • engaged in any abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, inappropriate, offensive or hostile conduct, whether it be physical, verbal or written in nature, towards any Jumeirah employee or guest; • failed to pay any bills or accounts due to Jumeirah or any hotel within the Jumeirah portfolio; or • attempted to collect Points or Tier Points relating to any spend not attributed to the Member. • Such terminated Membership may result in the loss of all accumulated Points and the cancellation of a Member’s Rewards, E-certificates, Privileges and the loss of any associated Tier status. In addition to the termination of such Membership, Jumeirah shall have the right to take such appropriate administrative and/or legal action as it deems fit against the Member, including, without limitation, criminal prosecution. 2.18 Each Member is responsible for remaining familiar to these Terms and Conditions and the number of Points and Tier status he or she has accumulated. Activity statements will be available to a Member via the Website as long as his or her Membership is Active. Activity statements will include information concerning Points, Tiers, Tier Points, Rewards, E-certificates. 2.19 Jumeirah reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion to deactivate Membership, in the event that a Member does not use the Membership for two (2) years. In such a case, a Member would be required to reapply to the Jumeirah Sirius Programme as a new Member. End of Terms and Conditions
